INSTITUTIONAL SEMINAR
Optimizing Your Work at IMIT
The Institute for Modeling and Technological Innovation (IMIT) is pleased to announce the successful internal seminar "Optimizing Your Work at IMIT: HR Procedures, Technology Engagement, and CONICET Tools." The meeting, which took place in a mixed format on March 26, 2025, included the participation of IMIT staff, both in person at the FACENA-UNNE Graduate Classroom and remotely via the Google Meet platform.

Ms. María Carolina Alemán Urquiza and Dr. César Marcelo Espínola led the workshop, addressing key topics for the institute's daily work, such as CONICET Human Resources procedures and Technology Outreach Tools, including technology-based platforms and companies.
The seminar provided a rich opportunity for discussion, with very interesting questions and comments from attendees. Particularly noteworthy were the questions related to Technology Outreach and CONICET regulations regarding human resources, scholarships, and licenses, among other relevant topics.
These types of initiatives underscore IMIT's commitment to continuous improvement and the strengthening of its institutional quality by providing key tools and knowledge for the professional development of its members and the optimization of its processes.
We appreciate the active participation of all IMIT members and reaffirm our commitment to continue strengthening the institute through knowledge and collaboration.
Given the great interest generated and the relevance of the discussions, IMIT is pleased to announce that this seminar will be repeated during the second half of the year. The date and format of this new edition will be announced in due course.
